Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of successful delivery. All returns require prior approval from USADENIMTEARS before being shipped back.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original components and packaging.

Return Shipping

If the return is not due to a defect, damage, or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges will only be processed after the original item has been received, inspected, and the reshipping fee has been paid.

Return shipping fees are reimbursed only when the return is caused by our error or defective merchandise, and reimbursement will not exceed 50% of the product value.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Customers must contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Please retain all original packaging materials, including the outer box, protective materials, and packing slip.

For missing items or quantity discrepancies, an unboxing video is required. Photo evidence alone will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Items purchased during promotions or with discounts are not eligible for refunds.
